5. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our Track Order page at comfofeet.com.

Please allow 2–3 business days for the tracking status to update after receiving your tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking number, contact us at info@comfofeet.com and we'll provide you with the latest status.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to guarantee changes — so please reach out as quickly as possible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct shipping details. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

You must cancel your order before you receive tracking information from us. Once tracking has been issued, the order is already on its way and we cannot cancel it, as shipping and packaging costs have already been incurred.

To request a cancellation, email info@comfofeet.com immediately with your order number. The cancellation will be confirmed by our team.

Do not assume an order is cancelled unless confirmed by our team.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, garage, and any safe drop-off spots around your property
  • Check with neighbors or building management in case it was left with them
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly early

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Step 5 — Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Returns approved by our team must be shipped within 14 days after approval. Delayed returns may no longer qualify for a refund.

To keep your ComfoFeet shoes in great condition:

  • Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt and stains
  • For stubborn stains, use a soft-bristle brush gently
  • Remove insoles separately and air-dry them
  • Avoid soaking the shoes or using harsh chemicals — this can damage the materials
  • Allow shoes to air dry naturally; avoid direct heat sources like radiators or dryers

Yes. ComfoFeet shoes are compatible with custom orthotics and insoles.

If you use prescribed orthotics, we recommend ordering your normal size or sizing up by half a size to ensure a comfortable fit.

The removable insole can also be taken out to create additional space inside the shoe.
