Track Your Order

Follow the steps below to track your ComfoFeet order.

Open your email inbox

Go to the email app on your phone or computer and open your inbox — the folder where new messages arrive.

Look for an email from ComfoFeet

Search for an email with the subject "Shipping confirmation". This email was sent when your order was shipped.

Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.

Find your tracking code

Inside the email, look for your tracking code. It usually starts with letters followed by numbers.

Example: YT1234567890

Copy the tracking code

Select the full tracking code and copy it.

On a phone, hold your finger on the code until the "Copy" option appears.

Click the button below and paste your code

Press the "Track my order" button below. A tracking website will open where you can paste your tracking code.

Tip: On a phone, hold your finger inside the search field and tap "Paste".

Tracking not updating yet?

Tracking updates can sometimes take a few business days to appear after shipment. Your order is still on the way.
