I am very pleased with my shoes, I wear them daily.
The shoes were not a size 12, my toes are +3" from the tip. The shoes are not wide either. I do like the inserts! I asked for a refund and how to return but haven't received any response.

The Insoles came 8n for a maximum size of 4 to 9. Not 7 to 13. So shoes 2 sizea to big, and insoles 4 sizes to small
