Note: Processing time refers to how long it takes to prepare and ship your order. Shipping time begins after your order has been shipped.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days from the time of purchase. This includes verifying your payment and preparing your package.

Delivery Time
Once processed, your order will be shipped and typically arrives within 7–12 business days. Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the volume of orders we’re handling.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is non-refundable once a shipment has been processed. This fee covers transit risk from the moment your package is handed over to the carrier and remains non-reversible even if an order is returned or partially refunded.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct shipping details. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping addresses or order details. If you need to make an adjustment, please email info@comfofeet.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Holiday Shipping Delays
Please allow additional time for deliveries during U.S. holidays or peak sales periods. Carrier delays during these times are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows the order was delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, garage, and any safe drop-off spots
  • Ask family members or neighbors if they may have accepted the package on your behalf
  • Contact your local post office or delivery carrier directly for GPS drop-off confirmation

If your package is still missing, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date at info@comfofeet.com so we can help investigate.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@comfofeet.com. While we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, we will help track your order and, when appropriate, provide a resolution.

“Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 / 48 hours for tracking to update.”

 Policy for Lost or Delayed Packages
“If your order has not arrived within 12 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@confofeet.com. We’ll assist with locating or replacing the order as appropriate.”

Customs & Import Duties (for international customers)
 “International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.”

Responsibility for Delivery Once Shipped
“Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, ComfoFeet is not responsible for delivery delays, damages, or loss caused by third-party shipping providers. However, we’re happy to assist with investigations or claims as needed.”


Extended Delays Due to Customs or Local Carriers
“For international deliveries, please note that customs clearance or delays by local carriers may extend delivery times. We recommend monitoring your tracking information and contacting your local delivery office if there are issues.”


Refused/Unclaimed Deliveries

“If a package is returned due to refusal, an unclaimed delivery, or incorrect address, we will contact you for updated shipping details. Additional shipping fees may apply. Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees on returned or refused orders unless the issue was due to an error on our part.”


Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
