RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, marks and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the item is not in its original condition. After this deadline, all sales are considered final and returns will not be accepted. We strongly recommend that you check your items upon receipt to ensure that they meet your requirements.
Return process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@comfofeet.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for further shipping. Please be sure to follow the instructions and return the item to the correct address.

Returns outside United States

You are responsible for shipping the item to us. Do not return an item without prior authorization.

Returns to wrong address

Please note that we cannot process refunds if the item is returned to an incorrect address. It is your responsibility to contact us for instructions and not to send returns without our approval.

Requirements for processing returns

In order to process your return, we need proof of return from the courier you used. Please send us the invoice or waybill from the courier, which must include the tracking ID, shipment date and the return address used.

Without this documentation we cannot process your return. It is your responsibility to ensure that you receive this documentation from the courier and provide it to us in a timely manner.

Refunds

Once your return is confirmed, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item to the original payment method.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Non-refundable items

For health and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. This includes but is not limited to underwear, lingerie, swimwear, opened personal care products (such as hair dryers, lipsticks, electric shavers, etc.) and dental care products (such as artificial teeth or mouth guards).

If your claim is approved, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will offer either a refund or a replacement item depending on the availability of the item and your preference.

Refusal of delivery

We cannot offer a refund for items deliberately refused on delivery, as these orders are not returned to our warehouse. If you do not wish to keep the product, you can return it to the return address provided.
