Frequently asked questions:

How can I pay for my goods? Due to the current pandemic, we are introducing cashless payment. You can pay with your credit card or PayPal.

Will my order be confirmed? After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. This means that we are now processing your order. When placing an order, please make sure that it is final and that it contains the full address to avoid unnecessary delays.

When will I receive my order? Please allow 3 business days for processing time + delivery time of 7-12 working days.

How do I find out where my order is? You will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order here (paste the "Track your order" link from the store homepage).

Where will my order be shipped from? To ensure fair pricing of our products, we have decided to ship the products directly from our supplier abroad to you. This way we can save significant costs for warehousing, transportation and packaging and instead offer you the products at a favorable price.

Can I cancel my order? If your order is already on its way to you, we cannot cancel it as we have already incurred costs for shipping and packaging your order from the warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before you receive tracking information from us. The cancellation will be confirmed by our staff.

I'm not satisfied with my order. How can I return it? We want to know why you are not satisfied with your order. Send us an email and we will do our best to help you. Please note that the cost of return is on your shoulders as we offered free delivery when ordering. Please wait to receive the return label from our staff before returning the item. We cannot refund you if you return the item to the wrong address. Please note that for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns for our hygiene products.

The return shipment must be made outside of USA.

I have refused my delivery. Where is my refund? For items that have been deliberately refused on delivery, we cannot offer you a refund as these orders are not returned to our facility abroad. If you do not wish to keep the product, you can return it to the return address provided, but the return costs are on your shoulders.
