➤ How can I pay for my order?
We accept secure cashless payments through credit cards and PayPal.
➤ Will I get a confirmation after placing my order?
Yes. As soon as your payment is completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid delays.
➤ When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.
➤ How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your delivery until it arrives at your doorstep.
➤ Where is my order shipped from?
To keep prices fair, we ship directly from our international supplier. This helps us avoid high U.S. warehouse costs and pass the savings on to you.
➤ Can I cancel my order?
If you have not yet received a tracking number, email us at info@comfofeet.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
➤ I’m not satisfied with my order. How do I return it?
Please email us first before sending anything back. We’ll give you return instructions and the correct return address.
- Returns must be sent outside the U.S., and customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).
- Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.
- For hygiene reasons, some products (such as personal care or worn items) are non-returnable.
➤ I refused the delivery. Will I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. Packages that are refused at delivery are not automatically returned to our facility, so we are unable to issue a refund. If you no longer want the item, please accept the delivery and follow our return process.
➤ Do you offer wide sizes or half sizes?
We currently offer standard U.S. sizing. If you're between sizes or need a wider fit, we recommend sizing up for more comfort.
➤ Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at info@comfofeet.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes if the order has already shipped.
➤ What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to confirm updated details. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-send your package.
➤ Is your website secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment processors to protect your personal and payment information.
