These are great wide shoes for elder men
One order was for three pairs of shoes. Two came the size order and one was a smaller size. I was told it was my mistake. I showed the bags the sizes and the order. It was frustrating to be told I had made a mistake. In spite of that I was sent the proper sized shoe so wasn't out money. But darn just admit the mistake when the evidence shows that. Another time I found the ordering part tricky. I wanted two shoes and thought I had ordered two diff. colours. Got two pair the same colour. Frustrating but I didn't see that the order form hadn't changed to the second colour. So that was my fault. Love the shoes and hopefully down the road will have an excellent experience. The shoes feel more like a house slipper they do not come in triple wide it is also hard to return them because they need to be shipped to the Netherlands because that is where they come from. The shipping process is a real pain.
