We want you to be fully satisfied with your ComfoFeet experience. Please review our return and refund guidelines below before making a purchase and requesting a return to ensure a smooth and timely process.

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and markings intact.
  • After 30 days, all sales are final.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition.

We strongly encourage customers to inspect their items upon receipt to ensure they meet expectations.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@comfofeet.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return

Our team will provide instructions and the correct return address.
Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

International Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped to our designated international return facility, the address of which will be provided once your return is approved.
 Do not send items to our fulfillment center or business address — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Incorrect Return Address
Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed or refunded. Always use the return address provided by our team.

Proof of Return Required

To process your return, please send all of the following:

  • A valid tracking number 
  • Proof of shipment, such as a courier receipt or photo of the waybill
  • The shipment date and return address used

If we cannot verify the tracking number, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive confirmation once your refund has been completed

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is non-refundable once a shipment has been processed. This fee covers transit risk from the moment your package is handed over to the carrier and remains non-reversible even if an order is returned or partially refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@comfofeet.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photo or video proof of the problem

We will determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Geographic Scope
 We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and select international destinations. Please ensure your shipping country is supported at checkout before placing an order.

Return Transit Times
 International return shipments may take longer due to customs processing and carrier delays. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining your proof of shipment.

EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling Compliance)
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@comfofeet.com. This right applies in addition to our standard 30-day return policy and does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds and Currency Processing for International Customers
 Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and local banking procedures. Currency conversion rates and international banking fees may apply, depending on your bank or payment method.

Requirements for Claims
Claims for refunds or replacements must include clear photo or video proof and be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If the required documentation is not provided, we cannot process a refund or replacement.

Refund or Replacement
If your claim is approved, you may choose a refund or a replacement item, depending on availability.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Refused Deliveries
Refunds are not issued for packages deliberately refused at delivery. If you do not want to keep your order, please follow the proper return process and ship the item to the provided return address.
